Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Typically 1 business day.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary due to factors like weather conditions, carrier delays, and holidays.

Shipping Costs:
  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate based on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery speed.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 (in eligible areas).
Order Tracking:

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey. Simply click on the link in your email to see where your package is in real-time!

Shipping Restrictions:
  • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
Address Accuracy:

To ensure your order arrives without a hitch, please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. We’re not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Delivery Issues:
  • Missing or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If you need further assistance, contact us at bark@playfulhoundy.co.za, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we’ll work to make it right.
