Playful Houndy’s Paw-some Refund, Returns, and Order Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Playful Houndy, where tails wag and whiskers twitch with excitement! We’re here to make sure your pet’s gear brings joy to both you and your furry friend. Here’s how we handle refunds, returns, and order cancellations to keep everything running smoothly:

At Playful Houndy, we want you and your pet to be absolutely thrilled with your purchases. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we offer returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. For any products that arrive damaged or defective, please let us know immediately so we can make things right!
Here’s How to Return:
Check Your Package: Inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If anything looks amiss or if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us at bark@playfulhoundy.co.za
Get Your Return Approved: Email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll send you instructions on how to return the item and provide a return shipping label if needed.
Return the Item: Pack the item back in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Important Notes:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancel Before It Ships:
If you need to cancel an order, we’re happy to help if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Just email us at bark@playfulhoundy.co.za as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to halt the shipment and process your cancellation.
Once It’s On Its Way:
If your order has already shipped, we can’t stop the process, but you can still return the item according to our returns policy. Simply follow the return steps listed above.
